The Yoga Post is a studio offering small group and private yoga instruction for every body and level, primarily focusing on the physical practice (asanas).
We are a vinyasa-style studio. In Sanskrit, vinyasa means “to place in a special way.”
TYP method includes variety of movements based in yoga, backed by science, and thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, safe, and sustainable.

TYP CLASSIC
This is our foundational flow class. Perfect for someone who needs to build strength and calm. Even though each teacher brings their own flair to class, TYP Classic stays true to our 3 Phases of class. A 5 min meditation at the end helps you cultivate energy and find your chill.

TYP POWER
Our Power flow will light you up! Are feeling sluggish and need a push? Perhaps you have some physical or emotional fidgets that you want to burn? This is the class for you. In 60min you will explore freedom within form and reconnect to YOUR power.

TYP ANCHOR
Anchor is a LYT Method inspired class. Designed by a Physical Therapist, Lara Heimann, LYT offers an innovative approach to yoga. While all TYP classes strive to increase mobility and strength and reduce pain. Anchor gives you a foundation to bring into other classes and activities.

TYP SLOW
Slow pulls you out of the burn and churn and plugs you right into a parasympathetic place. Although our Slow flow is NOT a restore class you will get your mind and body ready to rest and digest the day. Come back to your mental and physical center before you end your day.
